Vitamin P (bioflavonoids)
(Uses):  Provides synergy in the utilization of vitamin C; increases the strength of the capillaries; used for arthritis,
asthma, bursitis, and eye problems.

(Deficiency):  Deficiency is rare but may contribute to bruise or bleed easily, and increased inflammatory
response.

(Food Sources):  Citrus fruits, rose hips, apricots, cherries, grapes, black currants, plums, blackberries,
papayas, green peppers, broccoli, tomatoes.

(RDA):  No RDA because they naturally occur with vitamin C
