Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)
(Uses):  Natural diuretic;  Beneficial for menstrual related problems, stress related problems, allergies, nausea
during pregnancy, joint and muscle pain, to boost the immune system, and to help in preventing kidney stones.

(Deficiency):  Muscle weakness, irritability, nervousness, depression, fatigue, nervous system and nerve related
problems, insomnia, confusion, poor coordination, hyperactivity, dermatitis, eye and visual disturbances.

(Food Sources):  Brewer's yeast, carrots, eggs, fish, meat, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and wheat germ.

(Herbal Sources):  Alfalfa, catnip and oat straw.

(RDA):  Determined by protein intake;  Minimum of 2 mg per 100 grams of protein for adults, and 0.6 - 1.2 per
100 grams of protein for children.  Approximately 10 -15 mg per day for adults is adequate

(Assimilation):  Adequate magnesium supply.
