(Food Sources): Asparagus, avocados, broccoli, brussel sprouts, dandelion greens, mushrooms, molasses,
nuts, cheese, egg yolks, fish, legumes, meat, milk, and poultry.
(Herbal Sources): Alfalfa, bladder wrack, burdock root, catnip, cayenne, chamomile, chickweed, eyebright,
