(Uses):  Benefits aging skin, and protects the skin from the sun;  Important to skin, hair pigment, and intestinal
health.

(Deficiency):  fatigue, irritability, depression, nervousnes, graying hair, headache, constipation, and other digestive
problems.

(Food Source):  Kidney, liver, molasses, mushrooms, spinach, whole grains.

(RDA):  No RDA;  common treatment amount is 50 - 100 mg 3 x per day.
