Chloride
(Uses):  Helps with  the distribution of body fluids; Needed to maintain the body's acid base; Important
constituent of hydrochloric acid; May be helpful in allowing the liver to clear waste.

(Deficiency):  May arise from diarrhea, vomiting, or sweating; body fluids may become too alkaline.

(Food Sources):  Table Salt, sea salt, vegetable, seaweeds, olives, rye, lettuce, tomatoes, celery.
